While this package simply shows you what you will physically get, I also will provide you with a unique opportunity to custom design your wedding using this venue as your canvas.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FULL WEDDING EXPERIENCE

What sets Vintage Valley apart from other venues is having a Wedding Planner who will work with you directly to make sure all your bases are covered, and the environment is exactly what you are wanting. Need someone to schedule your day? Got it. Need help creating flowers for your bride and her bridesmaids? Got you covered there too. Cake? Well, you get the idea!

 

  • Personal Wedding Planner (schedule, catering, music, cake, event, and environment coordination)

  • Three in-person meetings prior to event, unlimited messaging with your coordinator.

  • Florals for Bouquets and Arrangements (Includes design, additional charges may apply depending on floral selections)

  • Two Day Access to Venue Grounds (for setup, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception)

  • Access to Venue Grounds for Engagement Pictures

  • Bridal Wing in Farmhouse

  • Groom “Game Room” in Farmhouse

  • Two Lunch Trays Served for Wedding Party During Preparations

  • Up to 100 Chairs or Benches for Ceremony

  • Up to 100 Chairs for Reception

  • Up to 15 Tables for your Reception (set with linens, place settings, and decorations)

  • Ceremony Site Florals and Decor

  • Choice of Multiple Ceremony Sites (woods, meadow, or barn areas)

  • Cake and/or Cupcakes (serves up to 100 guests)

  • Food (variety of food choices provided for up to 100 guests)

  • DJ Table (if needed)

  • Venue is equipped with professional audio equipment. If you don't want to hire a DJ, you can work with us to coordinate your playlist for the ceremony and reception.

  • Vintage Doors for the Bride to Walk Through

  • Canopy of Lights in Corral for Reception
